Stat. tit. 68, § 68-2829.1","heading":"County Assessor Fee Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the office of the county treasurer a\n\nrevolving fund for the office of the county assessor, to be\n\ndesignated the \"County Assessor Fee Revolving Fund\". The fund shall\n\nbe a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and\n\nshall consist of all fees collected by the assessor and all monies\n\naccruing to the fund. Monies deposited to the fund shall be\n\nexpended by the county assessor and shall not be transferred to any\n\nother account for a purpose other than:\n\n1. For maintenance, replacement and upgrade of computer\n\nhardware and software associated with county assessor databases and\n\ngeographic information systems; and\n\n2.
