The proceedings before the county assessor, boards of\n\nequalization and appeals therefrom shall be the sole method by which\n\nassessments or equalizations shall be corrected or taxes abated.\n\nEquitable remedies shall be resorted to only where the aggrieved\n\nparty has no taxable property within the tax district of which\n\ncomplaint is made.\n\nB.
