Stat. tit. 68, § 68-2887.1","heading":"Application for exemption by charitable institutions","body":"A charitable institution requesting an exemption pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of paragraph 8 of Section 2887 of Title 68 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes shall be required to file an application initially\n\nwith the county assessor of the county in which the property is\n\nlocated, and, if the information contained in such application\n\ncomplies with the requirements of paragraph 8 of Section 2887 of\n\nTitle 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the property shall be exempt from\n\nthe date of acquisition thereof by the charitable institution until\n\nthe earlier of the date of disposition of the property or the date\n\nof cessation of compliance with the requirements of paragraph 8 of\n\nSection 2887 of Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
