Stat. tit. 68, § 68-2894","heading":"Homestead exemption - Review of applications by county","body":"board of equalization.\n\nThe county board of equalization shall have the authority and it\n\nshall be its duty to review any and all applications for homestead\n\nexemption which may have been filed with the county assessor and to\n\nmake whatever order is necessary in order to grant homestead\n\nexemption to all applicants who are legally entitled to such\n\nexemption and prevent unlawful exemption on any property.
