Stat. tit. 68, § 68-2936","heading":"Receipt of federal in lieu payments - Apportionment and","body":"payment to political subdivisions.\n\nWhenever such payment from the United States is received, the\n\ncounty treasurer shall issue a receipt therefor in the name of the\n\ncounty.
