Stat. tit. 68, § 68-2937","heading":"Notice to county and political subdivision boards of","body":"apportionment of federal in lieu payments - Crediting funds.\n\nWhenever any such payment from the United States is received and\n\napportioned by the county treasurer, he shall notify the governing\n\nboards of the county and subdivisions to which the money was\n\napportioned that such apportionment has been made. All such monies\n\nreceived by the county or any subdivision, pursuant to such\n\napportionment, shall be credited to the various funds of the county\n\nand subdivisions involved in the same proportion that ad valorem\n\ntaxes levied by the county and subdivision for said year are\n\napportioned.
