Stat. tit. 68, § 68-2938","heading":"Basis of application for federal in lieu payments -","body":"Installments.\n\nIn making and presenting the application for such payments to\n\nthe United States, the county treasurer shall make application for\n\npayments based upon the estimated cost of the public services\n\navailable for the benefit of the property in any such project and\n\nthe tenants thereon, after taking into consideration the benefits\n\nwhich may be derived by the county or political subdivision from the\n\nproject within its jurisdiction, but the amount shall not be in\n\nexcess of the taxes which would result to the county and political\n\nsubdivisions for said period if the real property of the project\n\nwithin the county were taxable.
