The Ad Valorem Task Force is hereby abolished, effective\n\nJuly 1, 1993.\n\nB. All powers, duties, responsibilities, property, assets,\n\nliabilities, fund balances, encumbrances and obligations of the Ad\n\nValorem Task Force are hereby transferred to the Ad Valorem Division\n\nof the Oklahoma Tax Commission.\n\nC. The coordinator position of the Task Force shall cease to\n\nexist on July 1, 1993. Such employees of the Ad Valorem Task Force\n\nas may be needed may be employed by the Ad Valorem Division of the\n\nOklahoma Tax Commission. Such employees shall be transferred and\n\nshall be exempt from the provisions of the merit system of personnel\n\nadministration as provided in the Oklahoma Personnel Act, Section\n\n840.1 et seq. of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes. The employees\n\nso transferred shall be exempt from any examination or other\n\nemployment requirements required for new employees. The Oklahoma\n\nTax Commission shall establish the appropriate salary on the\n\nofficial date of transfer.\n\nD. All rules of the Ad Valorem Task Force pertaining to the\n\nfunctions and powers herein transferred and assigned to the Ad\n\nValorem Division of the Oklahoma Tax Commission, in force at the\n\ntime of such transfer, shall continue in force and effect as rules\n\nof the Ad Valorem Division of the Oklahoma Tax Commission until duly\n\nmodified or abrogated by the appropriate body.","path":["OK Code","Title 68"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os68.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"822c0679023127116bd9a33151abf8ee399b97aa66498d4b5a339667a892160b","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-2945","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-2947"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
