Any revenue not otherwise apportioned pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of subsection A or B of Section 2947.2 of this title\n\nshall be deposited and maintained in the special agency account\n\ncreated in Section 8 of this act subject to the procedures provided\n\nin this section.\n\nB. The maximum balance for the agency special account shall\n\nnever exceed Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) at the end of each\n\nfiscal year.\n\nC. The Oklahoma State University Center for Local Government\n\nTechnology and the Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service County\n\nTraining Program may request permission to expend funds in the\n\nreserve account from the Commission on County Government Personnel\n\nEducation and Training. The Oklahoma Tax Commission shall, upon\n\nwritten notification of expenditure approval from the Commission on\n\nCounty Government Personnel Education and Training, distribute from\n\nthe agency special account the approved amount, if available, to the\n\nOklahoma State University Center for Local Government Technology or\n\nthe Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service County Training Program,\n\nas applicable.\n\nD. The balance in the special agency account shall serve as a\n\ncontingency for adverse conditions if the distributions provided for\n\nin subsections A and B of Section 2947.2 of this title are\n\ninsufficient to support the purposes of education training,\n\nresearch, software and computer modernization of county governments.\n\nE.
