Stat. tit. 68, § 68-3004","heading":"Officers to report earnings, cost of maintenance and","body":"estimate of needs.\n\nEach officer, board or commission of any county, city or town,\n\nand all employees charged with the management or control, of any\n\ndepartment or institution of either thereof shall on or before the\n\nfirst Monday in July of each year, make and file with the board or\n\ncommission charged with the duty of reporting to the excise board, a\n\nreport in writing showing, by classes, the earnings and cost of\n\nmaintaining their respective offices or departments for the previous\n\nfiscal year, together with an itemized statement and estimate of the\n\nprobable need thereof for the current or ensuing fiscal year.\n\nProvided, that the report relative to the construction and repair of\n\nbridges shall be made by the county commissioners and county\n\nsurveyors, conjointly, and shall be itemized so as to show the\n\nlocation of each proposed new bridge and the estimated cost thereof,\n\nand provided further, that the report relative to the probable needs\n\nof the courts of record shall be made by the court clerk and\n\ndistrict attorney, conjointly, and shall be itemized so as to show\n\nseparately the respective needs of each court.","path":["OK Code","Title 68"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os68.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"19754b376a99c162f8769be585196f6cd9660cb0165ebd9efcc374f65d155ff8","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-3003","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-3005.1"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
