Stat. tit. 68, § 68-3013","heading":"Notice of hearing - Continuing hearings - Calling","body":"officials for examination.\n\nThe notice of such hearing shall be given by one publication in\n\na newspaper of general circulation in such county and such notice\n\nshall fix the time and place of such hearing.\n\nThe hearing shall be continued from day to day until concluded,\n\nnot to exceed a total of ten (10) days; provided, however, that such\n\nhearing shall be concluded before the expiration of ten (10) days if\n\nthere are no requests on file with the board at such hearing.
