Stat. tit. 68, § 68-302-7a","heading":"State Health Care Enhancement Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a fund to be\n\ndesignated as the \"State Health Care Enhancement Fund\". The fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations,\n\nand shall consist of monies received pursuant to Section 2 of\n\nEnrolled House Bill No. 1010 of the 2nd Extraordinary Session of the\n\n56th Oklahoma Legislature and any monies designated to the fund by\n\nlaw.
