Stat. tit. 68, § 68-3025","heading":"Powers and duties of Court - Continuances","body":"Said Court shall have the power and it shall be its duty to hear\n\nand determine all protests filed under Section 24103 of this Code,\n\nand it shall have the power to administer oaths, compel the\n\nattendance of witnesses and production of evidence, including any\n\npublic record from any county in the state upon the hearing of such\n\nprotests.
