Stat. tit. 68, § 68-3027","heading":"Appeals - Finality of unappealed decision","body":"Either the protestant or the county may appeal from the final\n\ndecision of the Court to the Supreme Court of the state, and it\n\nshall be sufficient to perfect such appeal if the appellant shall,\n\nwithin thirty (30) days from the date of such decision of the Court,\n\nfile with the Clerk of the Supreme Court a petition in error with a\n\ncopy of the order or decision appealed from.
