Stat. tit. 68, § 68-3028","heading":"Time and manner of perfecting record on appeal -","body":"Determination without costs - Setting case for hearing.\n\nThe Court shall cause the evidence adduced at any time and all\n\nhearings to be taken and preserved, and upon an appeal being taken\n\nin any case, the record, consisting of protest and the transcript of\n\nthe proceedings sought to be reviewed, shall be perfected within the\n\ntime and in the manner prescribed by rule of the Supreme Court. The\n\ntime limit prescribed herein for filing the petition in error may\n\nnot be extended.
