Stat. tit. 68, § 68-305.2","heading":"Revolving fund for Office of Attorney General","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Office of the Attorney General. The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies received by the Office of the Attorney General\n\npursuant to the provisions of Sections 305, 316, 417 and 418 of this\n\ntitle. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Office of the\n\nAttorney General.
