Stat. tit. 68, § 68-313","heading":"Wholesale and retail stocks to be kept separate","body":"(a) Any person holding under this article a wholesale and retail\n\nlicense, and whose wholesale and retail business is conducted within\n\nthe same building, or a building adjoining thereto, shall keep\n\nseparate the wholesale and retail stocks of cigarettes.\n\n(b) Every wholesaler or jobber who maintains a retail business\n\nat his place of business shall keep a record of the wholesale\n\noperations the same as for the retail operations, and keep such\n\nrecords, including invoices, separate and apart for the inspection\n\nof such wholesale and retail business by the Commission, said\n\nrecords to show the amount of stamps purchased, if any, and all\n\npurchases from whatever source, and all sales, whether to himself as\n\na retailer, from himself as a wholesaler, or to another than himself\n\nas a retailer. All invoices, records, files and other information\n\nshall be available for inspection by representatives of the\n\nCommission for a period of three (3) years from the date of the\n\npurchase and/or delivery.\n\n(c) If such invoices, records, files and information are not\n\nkept as herein required, the licenses, both as retailer and as\n\nwholesaler or jobber, shall be revoked, and such person shall be\n\nsubject to all penalties as provided for in this article.
