Stat. tit. 68, § 68-3132","heading":"Form of resale tax deed","body":"The resale tax deed shall be in substantially the following\n\nform:\n\nResale Deed\n\nWHEREAS, _______, County Treasurer of ________ County, State of\n\nOklahoma, on the _____ day of ______, 19__, sold separately and\n\nsingly, in the manner provided by law, at tax resale and (here fill\n\nin the name of the purchaser, unless the land was bid in for the\n\ncounty, in which event, the name and official title of the County\n\nTreasurer should appear) bid in for (in this space should appear, if\n\nbid in for the county, \"the County,\" if not bid in for the County,\n\nthe name of the successful bidder) the real estate hereinafter\n\ndescribed, and\n\nWHEREAS, all proceedings, notices and duties provided, required\n\nand imposed by law prerequisite to the vesting of authority in said\n\nCounty Treasurer to execute this resale deed have been followed,\n\ngiven, complied with and performed, and,\n\nWHEREAS, the said ______, County Treasurer, is now by law vested\n\nwith the power and authority to execute this resale deed,\n\nNOW, THEREFORE, this indenture, made this ____ day of ______,\n\n19__, between the State of Oklahoma, by _________, the County\n\nTreasurer of ________ County, of the first part, and (if purchased\n\nfor the county, the Board of County Commissioners should appear\n\nhere; if not, the name of the purchaser other than the county), of\n\nthe second part, witnesseth, that the said party of the first part\n\nfor and in consideration of the premises and (here fill in the total\n\nsum paid, if purchased by one other than the county, or if purchased\n\nby the county, the following: \"the cancellation of all the taxes,\n\npenalties, interest and costs heretofore levied and assessed against\n\nthe real estate hereinbelow described\"), hath granted, bargained and\n\nsold, and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell and convey to\n\nthe said party of the second part, his (or her) (here should appear\n\nsuch of the following words as are properly applicable: \"heirs,\n\nsuccessors, executors, administrators and assigns\"), forever, the\n\nfollowing separately described tracts, parcels, or lots of land so\n\nsold separately and singly for the (if sold to one other than the\n\ncounty, here insert \"amount bid\";
