Stat. tit. 68, § 68-3134","heading":"Management of real estate purchased by county at resale","body":"So long as the same remains unsold, the board of county\n\ncommissioners shall manage the real estate purchased at resale in\n\nthe name of the county; leasing, renting or using such property for\n\nthe best interests of said county. The board is authorized to\n\ncollect rents, enforce ejectments, and to make repairs or\n\nreplacements on said real estate while the title remains in the\n\ncounty.
