Stat. tit. 68, § 68-314","heading":"Salesmen for manufacturers - Records and reports","body":"(a) Salesmen in the employ of a manufacturer, and handling only\n\nthe products of his employer, who engage in the business of selling\n\nor distributing cigarettes in this state for the purpose of resale,\n\nshall be required to keep the same records, for a period of three\n\n(3) years, for the inspection at all times by the Commission, as are\n\nrequired of wholesale dealers. Such salesmen shall also be required\n\nto furnish monthly reports to the Commission of the business of the\n\nprevious month. However, salesmen having a district supervisor or\n\ndivision manager may make their monthly reports to the Commission\n\nthrough the division manager or district supervisor.\n\n(b) Any such salesman who takes orders for cigarettes to be\n\nshipped in interstate commerce to any person other than licensed\n\ndealers shall also be required to have a distributing agent's\n\nlicense and be compelled to comply with all of the rules and\n\nregulations pertaining to distributing agents.","path":["OK Code","Title 68"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os68.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"eab53f8f5601ec9a198d744bab755daf749e8e6f35e4aee85a5508ee2fa7ff65","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-3139","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-3140"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
