Stat. tit. 68, § 68-323","heading":"Restricted to sale or distribution to inmates - Possession","body":"by others.\n\nThe sale of such exempted cigarettes shall be restricted to\n\nsales or distribution to patients or inmates of veterans hospitals\n\nand residents of state operated domiciliary homes for veterans, as\n\nshown by the records thereof, for their own personal use and\n\nconsumption.
