Stat. tit. 68, § 68-332","heading":"Sales by a wholesaler to a wholesaler","body":"When one wholesaler sells cigarettes and tobacco products to any\n\nother wholesaler, the former shall not be required to include in his\n\nselling price to the latter \"cost to the wholesaler\", as provided by\n\nSection 4 of this act, but the latter wholesaler, upon resale to a\n\nretailer, shall be subject to the provisions of said section:\n\nProvided further, that manufacturer's representatives,\n\nmanufacturer's salesmen, or any other person not coming under the\n\ndefinition of a wholesaler, shall not be eligible to purchase\n\ncigarettes or tobacco products under the provisions of this Section.\n\nSales by manufacturer's representatives, manufacturer's salesmen, or\n\nany other person selling cigarettes and tobacco products to\n\nretailers or consumers, as the case may be, shall be required to\n\nsell at prices no lower than the prices of the wholesaler to the\n\nretailer or of the retailer to the consumer, as the case may be.","path":["OK Code","Title 68"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os68.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"db002814fc8d916dbded9c6deefe8b62975570ceac6ccfb965f2314b49a0ab04","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-331","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-333"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
