Stat. tit. 68, § 68-334","heading":"Sales exceptions","body":"The provisions of this act shall not apply to sales at retail or\n\nsales at wholesale made (a) in an isolated transaction and not in\n\nthe usual course of business; (b) where cigarettes and tobacco\n\nproducts are advertised, offered for sale, or sold in bona fide\n\nclearance sales for the purpose of discontinuing trade in such\n\ncigarettes and tobacco products, and said advertising, offer to\n\nsell, or sale shall state the reason thereof and the quantity of\n\nsuch cigarettes and tobacco products advertised, offered for sale,\n\nor to be sold; (c) where cigarettes or tobacco products advertised,\n\noffered for sale, or sold as imperfect or damaged, and said\n\nadvertising, offer to sell, or sale shall state the reason therefor\n\nand the quantity of such cigarettes and tobacco products advertised,\n\noffered for sale, or to be sold; (d) where cigarettes and tobacco\n\nproducts are sold upon the final liquidation of a business; or (e)\n\nwhere cigarettes and tobacco products are advertised, offered for\n\nsale, or sold by any fiduciary or other officer acting under the\n\norder or direction of any court.","path":["OK Code","Title 68"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os68.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"3db3371a544b1965a47cc3b6d6bd50c8f9c4f700b5d7f3d6c124ba14c0d67e3a","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-333","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-335"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
