If a notice of federal lien, a refilling of a notice of\n\nfederal lien, or a notice of revocation of any certificate described\n\nin subsection B of this section is presented to a filing officer who\n\nis:\n\n1. The county clerk of Oklahoma County, the filing officer\n\nshall cause the notice to be marked, held, and indexed in accordance\n\nwith the provisions of Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code as\n\nif the notice were a financing statement within the meaning of the\n\nUniform Commercial Code; or\n\n2. Any other officer described in Section 3403 of this title,\n\nthe filing officer shall endorse the notice and mark it with the\n\ndate and time of receipt and immediately file the notice\n\nalphabetically or enter it in an alphabetical index showing the name\n\nand address of the person named in the notice, the date and time of\n\nreceipt, the title and address of the official or entity certifying\n\nthe lien, and the total amount appearing on the notice of lien.\n\nB. If a certificate of release, nonattachment, discharge, or\n\nsubordination of any lien is presented to the county clerk of\n\nOklahoma County for filing, the clerk shall:\n\n1. Cause a certificate of release or nonattachment to be\n\nmarked, held, and indexed as if the certificate were a termination\n\nstatement within the meaning of the Uniform Commercial Code, but the\n\nnotice of lien to which the certificate relates may not be removed\n\nfrom the files; and\n\n2. Cause a certificate of discharge or subordination to be\n\nmarked, held, and indexed as if the certificate were a release of\n\ncollateral within the meaning of the Uniform Commercial Code.\n\nC. If a refiled notice of federal lien referred to in\n\nsubsection A of this section or any of the certificates or notices\n\nreferred to in subsection B of this section is presented for filing\n\nto any other filing officer specified in Section 3403 of this title,\n\nthe clerk shall permanently attach the refiled notice or the\n\ncertificate to the original notice of lien and enter the refiled\n\nnotice or the certificate with the date of filing in any\n\nalphabetical lien index on the line where the original notice of\n\nlien is entered.\n\nD. Upon request of any person, the filing officer shall issue a\n\ncertificate showing whether there is on file, on the date and hour\n\nstated therein, any notice of lien or certificate or notice\n\naffecting any lien filed under the Uniform Federal Lien Registration\n\nAct or the Uniform Federal Tax Lien Registration Act, naming a\n\nparticular person, and if a notice or certificate is on file, giving\n\nthe date and hour of filing of each notice or certificate. The fee\n\nfor a certificate is One Dollar ($1.00).
