The Commission or any person injured by any violation, or\n\nwho would suffer injury from any threatened violation of Sections\n\n326 through 345 of Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes, may maintain\n\nan action in any court of equitable jurisdiction to prevent,\n\nrestrain or enjoin such violation or threatened violation. If in\n\nsuch action a violation or threatened violation of Sections 326\n\nthrough 345 of Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes shall be\n\nestablished, the court shall enjoin and restrain, or otherwise\n\nprohibit, such violation or threatened violation, and, in addition\n\nthereto, the court shall assess in favor of the plaintiff and\n\nagainst the defendant the costs of suit including reasonable\n\nattorney's fees. In such action it shall not be necessary that\n\nactual damages to the plaintiff be alleged or proved, but where\n\nalleged and proved, the plaintiff in the action, in addition to such\n\ninjunctive relief and cost of suit, including reasonable attorney's\n\nfees shall be entitled to recover from the defendant the actual\n\ndamages sustained by him.\n\nB.
