Stat. tit. 68, § 68-345","heading":"Licenses required","body":"After the effective date of this act, no person shall engage in\n\nor conduct the business of purchasing for resale or selling\n\ncigarettes without having first obtained the appropriate license for\n\nthat purpose.\n\nAll such licenses shall be issued by the Commission which shall\n\nmake rules and regulations respecting applications therefor and\n\nissuance thereof.\n\nA wholesaler or retailer who sells or intends to sell cigarettes\n\nat one, two or more places of business shall be required to obtain a\n\nseparate license for each place of business.\n\nAny person licensed only as a wholesaler shall not operate as a\n\nretailer unless the appropriate license therefor is first secured,\n\nand any person licensed only as a retailer shall not operate as a\n\nwholesaler unless the appropriate license therefor is first secured.","path":["OK Code","Title 68"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os68.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"f4aec923672567efe0ef5ddd560843d0a6e0eb0d9c044fe7352562305e895453","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-344","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-346"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
