Stat. tit. 68, § 68-3505","heading":"Incentive payments - Funding source","body":"In order to ensure the availability of funds for incentive\n\npayments authorized pursuant to the provisions of this act, the\n\nOklahoma Tax Commission shall transfer such amounts as determined by\n\nmultiplying the net benefit rate provided by the Department of\n\nCommerce by the gross payroll as determined pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of subsection A of Section 6 of this act.
