As soon as practicable after the end of a calendar quarter\n\nfor which a political subdivision has qualified to receive an\n\nincentive payment, the political subdivision shall file a claim for\n\nthe payment with the Oklahoma Tax Commission and shall specify the\n\nactual number and gross payroll of new direct jobs for the calendar\n\nquarter. The Commission shall verify the actual gross payroll for\n\nnew direct jobs for such calendar quarter. If the Tax Commission is\n\nnot able to provide such verification, the Tax Commission may\n\nrequest such additional information from the political subdivision\n\nas may be necessary or may request the political subdivision to\n\nrevise its claim.\n\nB.
