Except as otherwise provided in subsection D of Section 2 of\n\nthis act, any revenue from a payment in lieu of excise taxes on\n\ncigarettes pursuant to a compact entered into by the State of\n\nOklahoma and a federally recognized Indian tribe or nation pursuant\n\nto the provisions of subsection C of Section 346 of this title shall\n\nbe deposited to the General Revenue Fund.\n\nB.
