There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Oklahoma Tax Commission to be designated the \"Oklahoma\n\nFilm Enhancement Rebate Program Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be\n\na continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies received by the Tax Commission which are\n\nspecifically required by law to be deposited in the fund, any public\n\nor private donations, contributions, and gifts received for the\n\nbenefit of the fund and any amounts appropriated by the Oklahoma\n\nLegislature. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are\n\nhereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Tax\n\nCommission for the purpose of paying rebates as provided in this\n\nact. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued\n\nby the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law\n\nwith the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices for approval and payment.\n\nB. The Oklahoma Tax Commission shall apportion, from the\n\nrevenues which would otherwise be apportioned to the General Revenue\n\nFund pursuant to subparagraph a of paragraph 1 of Section 2352 of\n\nthis title, an amount that the Commission estimates to be necessary\n\nto pay the rebates provided by Section 3624 of this title to the\n\nOklahoma Film Enhancement Rebate Program Revolving Fund.","path":["OK Code","Title 68"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os68.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"0228946ce13601b4cff34eb2d06702d3fbbba2faac35fa3b5c2d5770ce9bea03","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-3624","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-3626"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
