The total amount of rebate payments conditionally pre-\n\nqualified by the Department of Commerce each fiscal year with\n\nrespect to any of the incentives authorized pursuant to this act\n\nshall not exceed Thirty Million Dollars ($30,000,000.00). Projects\n\nnot conditionally pre-qualified for rebate payments due to the\n\nlimitations provided in this section may be conditionally pre-\n\nqualified by the Department in subsequent fiscal years.\n\nB. The amount of rebate payments conditionally pre-qualified by\n\nthe Department of Commerce each fiscal year with respect to any of\n\nthe incentives authorized pursuant to this act shall not exceed:\n\n1. Seven Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($7,500,000.00)\n\nfor production projects with total expenditures of less than Seven\n\nMillion Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($7,500,000.00); and\n\n2. Twenty-two Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars\n\n($22,500,000.00) for production projects with total expenditures of\n\nSeven Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($7,500,000.00) or more.\n\nC. A production project shall have total expenditures of Fifty\n\nThousand Dollars ($50,000.00) or more to be eligible for the rebate\n\npayments provided in this act.\n\nD.
