There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Oklahoma Tax Commission to be designated the \"Filmed in\n\nOklahoma Program Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing\n\nfund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of\n\nall monies received by the Tax Commission which are specifically\n\nrequired by law to be deposited in the fund, any public or private\n\ndonations, contributions and gifts received for the benefit of the\n\nfund and any amounts appropriated by the Oklahoma Legislature. All\n\nmonies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated\n\nand may be budgeted and expended by the Tax Commission for the\n\npurpose of paying rebates as provided in this act. Expenditures\n\nfrom the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the State\n\nTreasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the\n\nDirector of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.\n\nB.
