Stat. tit. 68, § 68-3642.2","heading":"Legislative findings","body":"\n\nThe Legislature hereby finds that the production of live\n\naudience episodic television in Oklahoma not only provides jobs for\n\nOklahomans and dollars for Oklahoma businesses, but also enhances\n\nthe state's image nationwide with a focus on authentic storytelling\n\ntargeting Middle America. The Legislature also finds that the\n\nentertainment industry is always seeking economical locations that\n\ncan help cut the costs of production. The Legislature further finds\n\nthat the State of Oklahoma, with the appropriate incentive, can\n\nbecome a strategic site for live audience episodic television\n\nproduction, that serves as strategic retention for the production of\n\nlive audience epsiodic series in Oklahoma.
