Stat. tit. 68, § 68-3642.6","heading":"Bringing Sitcoms Home from Hollywood Pilot Program","body":"Revolving Fund.\n\nA. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Oklahoma Tax Commission to be designated the \"Bringing\n\nSitcoms Home from Hollywood Pilot Program Revolving Fund\". The fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations,\n\nand shall consist of all monies received by the Tax Commission which\n\nare specifically required by law to be deposited in the fund, any\n\npublic or private donations, contributions and gifts received for\n\nthe benefit of the fund and any amounts appropriated by the Oklahoma\n\nLegislature. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are\n\nhereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Tax\n\nCommission for the purpose of paying rebates as provided in this\n\nact. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued\n\nby the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law\n\nwith the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices for approval and payment.\n\nB. Funds from the Bringing Sitcoms Home from Hollywood Pilot\n\nProgram Revolving Fund shall only be used for the purpose of live\n\naudience episodic series filmed in Oklahoma with a live studio\n\naudience.\n\nC.
