Stat. tit. 68, § 68-3645.6","heading":"Large-scale Economic Activity and Development Fund","body":"(LEAD Fund).\n\nA. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a fund for the\n\nOklahoma Tax Commission to be designated the \"Large-scale Economic\n\nActivity and Development Fund\", also known as the \"LEAD Fund\". The\n\nfund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of all monies designated for deposit\n\nto the fund by law. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund\n\nare hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Tax\n\nCommission for the purpose of paying rebates as provided in the\n\nLarge-scale Economic Activity and Development Act of 2022.\n\nExpenditures from such fund shall be made upon warrants issued by\n\nthe State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with\n\nthe Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.\n\nB. All unencumbered funds remaining in the Large-scale Economic\n\nActivity and Development Fund upon the expiration of the Large-scale\n\nEconomic Activity and Development Act of 2022 shall be transferred\n\nto the State Treasurer for deposit in the General Revenue Fund.\n\nC. If the Oklahoma Department of Commerce has not received a\n\nbinding commitment from a primary establishment for an investment\n\ndetermined by the Department to qualify for payment under the\n\nprovisions of division (1) of subparagraph a of paragraph 1 of\n\nsubsection E of Section 3645.4 of this title by April 15, 2023, all\n\nunencumbered funds remaining in the Large-scale Economic Activity\n\nand Development Fund shall be transferred to the State Treasurer for\n\ndeposit in the General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the\n\nfiscal year ending June 30, 2022.","path":["OK Code","Title 68"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os68.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"48216876d51b229c2e921130948a78322984d3021164142118b19928b7adcf5c","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-3645.5","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-3647.1"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
