Stat. tit. 68, § 68-3652","heading":"Legislative findings","body":"The Legislature finds that certain establishments which have,\n\nprevious to the effective date of this act, qualified for incentive\n\npayments pursuant to the Oklahoma Quality Jobs Program Act are a\n\nsource of economic benefits for the state, its political\n\nsubdivisions and its residents that can only be achieved through the\n\nuse of specialized economic incentives. The Oklahoma Quality Jobs\n\nIncentive Leverage Act is enacted in order to provide a mechanism\n\nfor the leverage of incentive payments for the purpose of promoting\n\nand sustaining economic growth and activity within the State of\n\nOklahoma. The Legislature finds that the use of the incentive\n\npayment, together with other fiscal resources, is a method that\n\nprovides a beneficial correlation between the use of monies in the\n\nQuality Jobs Program Incentive Leverage Fund and the total economic\n\nbenefits to be derived from the use of proceeds from the sale of\n\nobligations provided by Section 3654 of this title.","path":["OK Code","Title 68"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os68.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"13d160454494302b19b74479a042b21a376760db99d888b36cd82b836ca68203","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-3651","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-3653"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
