The Oklahoma Development Finance Authority may use the\n\nCredit Enhancement Reserve Fund in order to obtain favorable\n\nfinancing terms for the issuance of obligations authorized by\n\nSection 3654 of this title. The commitment from the Credit\n\nEnhancement Reserve Fund for any such obligations shall not exceed\n\nTen Million Dollars ($10,000,000.00).\n\nB.
