Stat. tit. 68, § 68-3657","heading":"Quality Jobs Program Incentive Leverage Fund","body":"There is hereby created within the State Treasury a special fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Development Finance Authority to be designated the\n\n“Quality Jobs Program Incentive Leverage Fund”. All amounts\n\ndeposited into the fund shall be used and expended by the Oklahoma\n\nDevelopment Finance Authority solely for the purposes and in the\n\namounts authorized by the Oklahoma Quality Jobs Incentive Leverage\n\nAct. The Oklahoma Development Finance Authority is hereby\n\nspecifically authorized and directed to use the monies transferred\n\nfrom the Quality Jobs Program Incentive Leverage Fund for the\n\npayment of principal, interest and other costs associated with the\n\nissuance of obligations pursuant to the provisions of this act. The\n\nOklahoma Development Finance Authority shall establish separate\n\naccounts within the Quality Jobs Program Incentive Leverage Fund as\n\nmay be required to separately record transactions involving each\n\nestablishment that files an irrevocable election or second\n\nirrevocable election pursuant to Section 3658 of this title and to\n\nprovide for the deposit of incentive payments, if applicable, and\n\nwithholding taxes apportioned to the Fund pursuant to Section 3659\n\nof this title or for such other purposes as the Authority may\n\ndetermine to be necessary.","path":["OK Code","Title 68"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os68.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"3b59ec9498ff26d99243d507debeeede860dbb343cdb5a07552230235d5959f0","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-3656","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-3658"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
