Stat. tit. 68, § 68-3807","heading":"Fraud","body":"Any person making an application, claim for payment or any\n\nreport, return, statement or other instrument or providing any other\n\ninformation pursuant to the provisions of the Former Military\n\nFacility Development Act who willfully makes a false or fraudulent\n\napplication, claim, report, return, statement, invoice or other\n\ninstrument or who willfully provides any false or fraudulent\n\ninformation, or any person who willfully aids or abets another in\n\nmaking such false or fraudulent application, claim, report, return,\n\nstatement, invoice or other instrument or who willfully aids or\n\nabets another in providing any false or fraudulent application,\n\nclaim, report, return, statement, invoice or other instrument or who\n\nwillfully aids or abets another in providing any false or fraudulent\n\ninformation, upon conviction, shall be guilty of a Class D1 felony\n\noffense punishable by the imposition of a fine of not less than One\n\nThousand Dollars ($1,000.00) and not more than Fifty Thousand\n\nDollars ($50,000.00), or imprisonment as provided for in subsections\n\nB through F of Section 20N of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or\n\nby both such fine and imprisonment. Any person convicted of a\n\nviolation of this section shall be liable for the repayment of all\n\nincentive payments which were paid to the establishment.
