Stat. tit. 68, § 68-3808","heading":"Report on effect of Former Military Facility Development","body":"Act.\n\nThe Oklahoma Department of Commerce shall prepare triennially a\n\nreport which shall include, but not be limited to, documentation of\n\nthe new direct jobs created under the Former Military Facility\n\nDevelopment Act and a fiscal analysis of the costs and benefits of\n\nthe act to the state. The report shall be submitted to the\n\nPresident Pro Tempore of the Senate, the Speaker of the House of\n\nRepresentatives and the Governor of this state no later than March\n\n1, 1996, and every three (3) years thereafter.
