Stat. tit. 68, § 68-3908","heading":"Violations and penalties","body":"Any person making an application, claim for payment or any\n\nreport, return, statement, invoice, or other instrument or providing\n\nany other information pursuant to the provisions of this act who\n\nwillfully makes a false or fraudulent application, claim, report,\n\nreturn, statement, invoice, or other instrument or who willfully\n\nprovides any false or fraudulent information, or any person who\n\nwillfully aids or abets another in making such false or fraudulent\n\napplication, claim, report, return, statement, invoice, or other\n\ninstrument or who willfully aids or abets another in providing any\n\nfalse or fraudulent information, upon conviction, shall be guilty of\n\na Class D3 felony offense. The fine for a violation of this\n\nprovision shall not be less than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00)\n\nnor more than Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00). Any person\n\nconvicted of a violation of this section shall be liable for the\n\nrepayment of all incentive payments which were paid to the\n\nestablishment.
