Stat. tit. 68, § 68-3910","heading":"Triennial report","body":"The Oklahoma Department of Commerce shall prepare triennially a\n\nreport which shall include, but not be limited to, documentation of\n\nthe new direct jobs created under the Small Employer Quality Jobs\n\nIncentive Act and a fiscal analysis of the costs and benefits of the\n\nact to the state. The report shall be submitted to the President\n\nPro Tempore of the Senate, the Speaker of the House of\n\nRepresentatives and the Governor no later than March 1, 2001, and\n\nevery three (3) years thereafter.
