Stat. tit. 68, § 68-3916","heading":"21st Century Quality Jobs Incentive Payment Fund","body":"There is hereby created within the State Treasury a special fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Tax Commission to be designated the \"21st Century\n\nQuality Jobs Incentive Payment Fund\". The Tax Commission is hereby\n\nauthorized and directed to withhold a portion of the taxes levied\n\nand collected pursuant to Section 2355 of Title 68 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes for deposit into the fund. The amount deposited shall\n\nequal the sum estimated by the Tax Commission to be sufficient to\n\npay incentive payments claimed pursuant to the provisions of Section\n\n4 of this act. All of the amounts deposited in such fund shall be\n\nused and expended by the Tax Commission solely for the purposes and\n\nin the amounts authorized by the 21st Century Quality Jobs Incentive\n\nAct.
