Stat. tit. 68, § 68-3919","heading":"Disqualification from receipt of credits or exemptions","body":"under other laws.\n\nNotwithstanding any other provision of law, if a qualified\n\nestablishment receives an incentive payment pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of the 21st Century Quality Jobs Incentive Act, neither\n\nthe qualified establishment nor its contractors or subcontractors\n\nshall be eligible to receive the credits or exemptions provided for\n\nin the following provisions of law in connection with the activity\n\nfor which the incentive payment was received:\n\n1. Paragraphs 16 and 17 of Section 1357 of Title 68 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes;\n\n2. Paragraph 8 of Section 1359 of Title 68 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes;\n\n3. Section 2357.4 of Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n4. Section 2357.7 of Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n5. Section 2-11-303 of Title 27A of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n6. Section 2357.22 of Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n7. Section 2357.31 of Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n8. Section 54003 of Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n9. Section 54006 of Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n10. Section 625.1 of Title 36 of the Oklahoma Statutes; or\n\n11.
