Stat. tit. 68, § 68-3920","heading":"21st Century Quality Jobs Incentive Act","body":"The Oklahoma Department of Commerce shall prepare a report which\n\nshall include, but not be limited to, documentation of the new\n\ndirect jobs created under this act and a fiscal analysis of the\n\ncosts and benefits of the act to the state. The report shall be\n\nsubmitted to the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, the Speaker of\n\nthe House of Representatives and the Governor no later than March 1,\n\n2011, and every three (3) years thereafter.
