Stat. tit. 68, § 68-4103","heading":"Definitions","body":"For purposes of the Oklahoma Specialized Quality Investment Act:\n\n1. “Capital costs” means costs for land, buildings,\n\nimprovements to buildings, fixtures and for machinery, equipment and\n\nother personal property used in and for the manufacturing process\n\nincurred by a qualified establishment, on or after the effective\n\ndate of this act, with respect to the manufacturing site located in\n\nthis state and specified in a quality investment agreement;\n\n2. “Department” means the Oklahoma Department of Commerce;\n\n3. “Qualified establishment” means a business entity engaged in\n\nthe activity described by Industry Number 3011, Industry Group\n\nNumber 301, Major Group 30 of the Standard Industrial Classification\n\nmanual, latest revision. No establishment that has been certified\n\nas eligible to participate in the Oklahoma Quality Jobs Incentive\n\nLeverage Act incentive program shall be eligible for any investment\n\npayment pursuant to the Oklahoma Specialized Quality Investment Act.\n\nA qualified establishment shall enter into a quality investment\n\nagrement pertaining to a single manufacturing site as that term is\n\ndefined in Section 1352 of this title. No combination of other\n\nlocations of an establishment or any related entities of an\n\nestablishment shall be included in a quality investment agreement.\n\nAn establishment may enter into additional quality investment\n\nagreements for additional sites;\n\n4. “Fiscal year” means the state fiscal year, which shall begin\n\non July 1 of a calendar year and end on June 30 of the next calendar\n\nyear;\n\n5. “Quality investment agreement” means an agreement with\n\nduration, for purposes of computing the total incentive payment\n\namount, of not more than five (5) years entered into between a\n\nqualified establishment and the Department; and\n\n6. “Start date” means the date on which a qualified\n\nestablishment begins accruing benefits because of investment of new\n\ncapital costs in a manufacturing site that is designated in a\n\nquality investment agreement with the Oklahoma Department of\n\nCommerce.","path":["OK Code","Title 68"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os68.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"11ea9ccebcd62b185c5db6fb5eee84cac0410de49a15f789a7c910ff20f5bb83","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-4102","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-68-68-4104"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
