Stat. tit. 68, § 68-4105","heading":"Specialized Quality Investment Payment Fund","body":"There is hereby created within the State Treasury a special fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Tax Commission to be designated the “Specialized\n\nQuality Investment Payment Fund”. The Tax Commission is hereby\n\nauthorized and directed to withhold a portion of the taxes levied\n\nand collected pursuant to Sections 1354 and 2355 of this title for\n\ndeposit into the fund. The amount deposited shall equal the sum of\n\nan amount required for making investment payments, as determined\n\npursuant to the provisions of this act. All of the amounts\n\ndeposited in such fund shall be used and expended by the Tax\n\nCommission solely for the purposes and in the amounts authorized by\n\nthe Oklahoma Specialized Quality Investment Act.
