No person shall willfully remove or otherwise prepare any\n\nadhesive stamps, with intent to use, or cause the same to be used,\n\nafter it has already been used or knowingly or willfully buy, sell,\n\noffer for sale, or give away, any such washed or restored stamp to\n\nany person, or knowingly use the same, or have in his possession any\n\nwashed, restored, or altered stamp which has been removed from the\n\ncontrolled dangerous substance to which it had been previously\n\naffixed.\n\nB. No person shall for the purpose of indicating the payment of\n\nany tax levied by Section 450.2 of this title, reuse any stamp which\n\nhas heretofore been used for the purpose of paying any tax levied by\n\nSection 450.2 of this title, or buy, sell, offer for sale, or have\n\nin his possession, any counterfeit stamps.\n\nC.
