Stat. tit. 68, § 68-451","heading":"Capital Improvement Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a special fund to\n\nbe designated the \"Oklahoma Capital Improvement Fund\". Said fund\n\nshall consist of amounts deposited therein pursuant to subsection\n\n(d) of Section 302-2 of this title, and monies, if any, which have\n\naccrued to the State General Revenue Fund at the close of the fiscal\n\nyear ending June 30, 1979, which were in excess of Five Million\n\nDollars ($5,000,000.00) that year, in excess of the amounts required\n\nto satisfy all appropriations made from the State General Revenue\n\nFund for the then current fiscal year together with all other\n\nstatutory obligations.
