Each person licensed as a transporter in this state shall\n\nfile monthly reports with the Commission on forms prescribed and\n\nfurnished by the Commission concerning the amount of motor fuel\n\ntransported within or across the borders of this state. However,\n\ntransport truck operations exclusively within the state and those\n\ntransport trucks operated by a supplier are not reportable. If a\n\ntransporter fails to make the reports required by this section, the\n\nperson is subject to a civil penalty of One Thousand Dollars\n\n($1,000.00) for each violation, as reasonably determined by the\n\nCommission.\n\nB. The reports required by this section are for information\n\npurposes only and the Commission may waive the filing of the reports\n\nif the reports are unnecessary for the proper administration of this\n\nact.
